Our passenger vessel department has been Marty Blackadar’s specialty for many years. Our objective is to provide customized coverage’s for each operation from taxi’s to high-speed catamaran’s and whale watch vessels or sightseeing-eco tours. We’ve been fortunate to manage the Interstate Passenger Vessel Association for more than 30 years.
In most cases, any hull or P&I loss one of our customers might sustain can be handled with our excellent network of independent marine surveyors or adjusters around the country. We continue to be involved in the claim until satisfactory resolution is accomplished. Claims are stressful and our goal is to minimize the stress for our customers and restore them to before the loss condition as expeditiously as possible.
