of Direct Billing Statements

When you receive a billing statement or premium invoice please note the MINIMUM DUE.
If the MINIMUM DUE reads $0.00 you do not have to make a payment; however, you can always pay on the account balance, if there is one owed. It is customary for a statement to go out monthly even if there is nothing due; please pay close attention to the MINIMUM DUE.
