We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need that information to serve you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic personal information.

Upon our receipt of a written request, we will generally make available information for your review. If you believe the information we have about you is inaccurate, you may request, in writing, that we make any necessary corrections, additions or deletions. If we agree, we will correct our records. If we do not agree, you may submit to us a short statement of dispute, which we will include in any future disclosure by us of such Information if required by applicable law.

Blackadar Marine Insurance Agency reserves the right to modif~’ or supplement this Notice of Information Privacy Policies and Practices at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide current insured customers with a revised notice.
